Sorry!My english is not good !i don't no why do I have the "Warning Bar"?
why someone don't have this item?
I have see Forum Rules but some one can explain to me in easier English when did it increase? thanks....

it didnt increase its still in 0% i also hav that bar . once u swear or disobey the rules in this forum it will increase ur % in that bar

All ppls of this forum have warning bar it will increase if u abuse some
one or break forum rules etc..,

In total u will have 4 warnings at 1st warning it will fill up to 25% at
2nd warning it fill 50% at 3rd warning it will fill 75% and at last
warning {i.e., 4th warning} ur warning meter will fill to 100% and
result in a ban.
So it means we give u 4 warnings in total

And also u can reset the warning bar if its at 25%/50%/75% Over
