    this is an old trick, for playing warcraft on garena not BN because you can be catched by warden client
    tools needed: garena, garena crack/patcher(TDT, blaster, master...) and cheat engine.
    open garena that patch or cracked
    start warcraft and run game
    open cheat engine, choose warcraft then enable speedhack.
    you can set value from 0,00001(you and you opoinments totaly freezy) to 500(run like madness)
    there are various hacks with CE with float and byte export but can cause crash so i dont' post here

    dota/warcraft, it exports many float/byte when running and contains static values so it its impossible that you say you use CE to hack stats
